On Sunday, May 2, a drunk driver hit one of our trucks at a high speed. By the grace of God, our driver did not have to leave in an ambulance; however, our vehicle now has a new home- the junkyard. Since then, we have received several messages of support from our friends in the community, and we are gratefully appreciative of the encouragement.
Currently, we are going through the process of ensuring that our driver gets the appropriate medical attention and expert legal representation that he deserves. As a small black owned business, this can be a substantial financial undertaking; however, we realize the importance of quality care and attention.
With your help, we can purchase a new vehicle, fairly compensate the not-at-fault driver, and continue our mission of providing efficient, friendly service. It has become apparent to us that most people are not prepared to pick up and move despite the increasing number of individuals that aspire to be able to do so at the drop of a dime.
As entrepreneurs, we resonate with that sentiment and this company was founded out of a personal need that grew into a mission of service to our friends, family, and fellow community members. Over the past two years, we’ve had the opportunity to be there for people in their times of need. Now, we need someone to be there for us during ours.
If you feel inclined to support, please contact Keenen Harvey at 904-274-2963 or [email protected]. Your time, resources, and/or connections are much appreciated. Thank you.
