Employers can help truck drivers live a healthier lifestyle by offering:

- health seminars, nutritionists or fitness trainers, on-site gyms, financial incentive to employees who stop smoking or lose weight.

Truckers! You can take control of your health on the road by:

- Exercising at truck stops (pack a jump rope and some dumbbells).
- Doing push ups and other low impact workouts.
- Packing fruits, protein shakes, etc. for the road.
- Keeping a crockpot in your truck to cook healthy meals.
