With the arrival of warmer weather, it's the perfect time to experience our event shuttle services and wine tours. We offer buses for up to 14 passengers. Van for up to 10 passengers, or sedans/SUV's for up to 4 passengers.

The prices and terms are as follows:

• 14 Passenger Bus - $100 / Hour. (2 buses available)
• 10 Passenger Van - $80 / Hour.
• Up to 4 Passenger SUV or Sedan - $55 / Hour.

• Shuttle services will be charged at an hourly rate beginning at, and ending at our base location 1753 W. Prospect Rd. Ashtabula, Ohio 44004.
• Time is prorated in 15-minute intervals.
• Shuttle services will be a minimum of 3-hours, including all drive time.
• Shuttle services are not intended to be continuous driving. Excluding the drive time to and from our base location, shuttle services should not exceed an average of 35 miles for every hour booked.
• A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking, and will be deducted from the total at the end of the shuttle.
• The $50 deposit will not be deducted or refunded in the event the vehicle requires excessive cleanup as a result of the clients, or in the case of late cancellations, or no-shows. *Additional excessive cleanup fees may apply*
• Cancellations / schedule changes must be made within 48 hours’ notice.
• Prices do not include driver gratuity.
• There is an 3% Fee on Credit Card transactions. *Fee, or sales tax does not apply on $50 booking deposit*

Due to insane operational costs, and staffing shortages, and to better serve the needs of our contracted customers, beginning 5/28, we will no longer be open to traditional public “taxi” fares on Saturday’s, as well as, Sunday’s.

We will also be closed Monday, 5/30 for Memorial Day.

We are however in the process of getting our buses ready to once again begin offering wine tours, and event shuttles, which will be available on weekends.

Looking to hire a second shift dispatcher. Monday - Friday Noon to 8pm, and overtime on Saturday. Hours could be adjusted to less during the week, if Saturday becomes a scheduled day. We are open to part time as well. Must be experienced with computers, be able to multitask and prioritize. Answering the phone, entering information onto the computer, and communicating with drivers over the radio. Each day will have pre scheduled rides to dispatch drivers to, as well as, calls and emails coming in throughout the day to schedule and dispatch. Pay starts at $10/hour with reviews done yearly. Weekly pay. Paid vacation after one year.

Due to the drastic increase in fuel cost, as well as, all operational expenses related to that, we will begin implementing a fuel surcharge to all fares beginning Monday 3/14/22.

We have been advertising and trying to hire drivers for over a year now. Unfortunately Ashtabula county is full of people unwilling to work, so instead of expanding our hours, as we would love to be back open 24/7, we will once again be reducing our hours.

Beginning 2/12, Saturday hours will now be from 10am-10pm and beginning 2/14, Monday-Friday hours will now be from 4am-8pm.

If you have needs outside of these hours, they would need to be longer trips to justify calling in a driver, such as airport runs, you may send a feedback message on our website, and we will do our best to accommodate.
