J & J Cab

J & J Cab -Serving Asheville since 1969 Yellow cabs have been an institution worldwide for many years, and Asheville is no exception. Purchased by Glenn Queen in 1969.

Yellow Cab Company grew through the passing decades to include Beaver Lake Cab (1974) and New Bluebird Cab Company (1985). These three companies were incorporated and became J & J cab in 1988. A Red Cab, purchased in 2002, was added to the corporation. Glenn Queen passed away in 1995, but the company continues to be run by his son Jim, and grandson Benjamin.
