We are looking for a Full Time mechanic to work in a fast paced environment. Must have own tools, State and Emissions Inspection licenses (Motorcycle Inspection license would be helpful too if you have one!), able to pass a drug test, provide references, pass a background check and have experience. We are a small, family owned and operated, but very busy shop. We are looking for someone who knows how to diagnose and work on cars without having their hand held. We just don't have the time to babysit our employees to make sure they do their job. We need an independent thinker and a motivated worker. We offer competitive wages and give bonuses with performance. We pay on an hourly wage, not commission or flat rate, as we don't try to sell our customers parts and services they don't need, so there is no need for you to make their bill higher just to get a bigger paycheck! You provide quality work, you get quality pay! After your probationary period, we provide health, dental and vision benefits. We also offer our employees the opportunity to participate in a Simple IRA and Aflac if they choose to do so.
