FOUNDING DRIVER RECRUITMENT
Hub: Allentown, PA | Operational Radius: 60 Miles (Expanding 2x–3x on Demand)
Think about the early operators for platforms like Uber, uShip, Amazon Flex, and DoorDash—the drivers who put in the ground-level grind and built those companies into billion-dollar giants, only to be left behind with razor-thin margins while corporations took the massive cuts. DJP Transports LLC is flipping the script entirely. We are launching right out of Allentown, targeting an initial 60-mile radius with the operational capacity to stretch double or triple that distance immediately.
Let’s be entirely clear about Year 1: Absolute flexibility is mandatory, with no exceptions. Whatever load drops, whatever time it hits, and wherever it needs to go—if you are available, you roll. That is the price of admission for the ground floor. Are you looking for work during your downtime or haven't had any luck securing consistent loads? Here is your opportunity to grow with a company from the ground up, secure your financial future, and invest in yourself—because we are fully committed to investing in you for the long haul. We require reliable operators with extremely clean records who are ready to help us become the top transportation service in Pennsylvania, and ultimately, a global powerhouse.
In exchange, the operators who anchor Year 1 will become the untouchable backbone of this company, commanding top-tier rates, priority routes, and real wealth as we scale. Furthermore, following the conclusion of Year 1, the company is expected to roll out comprehensive medical and life insurance benefits for our core drivers because “Invest in your future, and we will invest in you.”
