Responsibilities of the job:
*Greet visitors in a professional manner
*Answer and direct phone calls
*Scan/Image documents
*Assist in hiring/termination processes and orientation, benefits enrollment
*Update and maintain driver documentation and employee files
*Maintain company compliance, EX: DOT’s, drug testing, license renewals, etc.
*Coordinate with insurance companies equipment changes, accidents
*Maintain website, social media accounts and employee store
*Various office duties as assigned such as filing, sorting, data entry
*Review DOT logs and assure compliance
*Order seasonal items, employee recognition, office supplies and events
*Misc duties as assigned

Qualifications:
*High school diploma or GED required
* 1-3 years of relevant office experience, Trucking experience preferred, not required
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work independently
*Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
*Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
