รถทุกคันมีประกันภัยชั้น 1 ขั้นพื้นฐาน (ซึ่งรวมอยู่ในค่าเช่าแล้ว) แต่จะไม่รวมค่าเสียหายส่วนแรกในกรณีที่ลูกค้าเกิดอุบัติเหตุโดยท่านเป

All vehicles have basic 1st class insurance (which is included in the rental fee), but exclude deductibles in the event of an accident by the customer at fault or without a party

หากเกิดอุบัติเหตุโดยท่านเป็นฝ่ายผิดหรือไม่มีคู่กรณีบริษัทรถเช่าจะเรียกเก็บค่าเสียหาย(“ค่าเสียหายส่วนแรก”) ระหว่าง 1,000 - 50,000 บาท และค่าจอดซ่อมตามจริง
In the event of an accident in which you are at fault or without a party, the rental car company will charge damages (the “deductible damages”) between 1,000 - 50,000 baht and the actual repair costs.

กรณีเกิดอุบัติเหตุระหว่างเช่าโดยที่ผู้เช่ารถเป็นฝ่ายผิดหรือไม่มีคู่กรณี หรือรถมีรอยขีดข่วนจากการขับขี่ ผู้เช่าต้องรับผิดชอบค่าเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นไม่เกินค่าเสียหายส่วนแรกที่ทางบริษัทรถเช่ากำหนด
Basic 1st class insurance (Collision Damage Waiver : CDW with deductible for the first part)
In the event of an accident during the rental where the renter is at fault or does not have a party or the car has scratches from driving, The renter is liable for damages incurred up to the deductible amount determined by the rental car company.
