The old Phuket Gazette office building in Koh Kaew (near Boat Lagoon and British Int'l School) has been leased out long term to a new venture. All of its 1,000 sq meters of furniture, lamps, paintings, filing cabinets, etc, is for sale at true bargain prices.

There are roughly 200 private aircraft in Thailand, based at about 30 private airparks around the country. Here (apart from my own plane 🙂 ) are my two favorites: a Piper Malibu and a Piper Seminole, both of which landed at Phuket Airpark from Chiangmai last week.

In the video, the turbine-powered Malibu lands first. Then we see the Seminole doing a low pass, a landing and a take off.

Both planes were purchased in Florida and flown to Thailand by their owners.
