เนื่องด้วยสถานการณ์อุทกภัย ส่งผลให้สำนักงานหาดใหญ่ไม่สามารถให้บริการผู้โดยสารภายในอาคารได้ จึงมีความจำเป็นต้องปิดปรับปรุงเป็นระยะเวลาประมาณ 2 สัปดาห์.

จึงเรียนมาเพื่อโปรดทราบว่าขณะนี้รถบัสของ Cin Tour ได้เปิดให้บริการตามปกติแล้ว. อย่างไรก็ตาม ผู้โดยสารจะต้องขึ้นรถที่ด่านนอก แทนการรอภายในตัวเมืองหาดใหญ่. บริษัทฯ ต้องขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกมา ณ โอกาสนี้.

บริษัทฯ เปิดรับจองตั๋วเส้นทางจากด่านนอกไปยัง JB และจาก JB กลับมายังด่านนอกตามปกติ. ท่านสามารถติดต่อสอบถามและจองตั๋วได้ที่ Line : cintour หรือโทรศัพท์ 093-596-2208 ทุกวัน.

สำหรับผู้ที่ประสงค์จะเดินทางกลับประเทศไทย สามารถสำรองที่นั่งได้ทันที และสำหรับผู้ที่ประสงค์จะเดินทางไปยังประเทศมาเลเซีย ก็สามารถสำรองที่นั่งได้ทุกวันเช่นเดียวกัน.

​Please be informed that Cin Tour bus services have now resumed normal operations. However, passengers will need to board the bus at the Danok checkpoint instead of waiting within Hat Yai city. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
​The company is accepting ticket bookings for the routes from Danok to JB (Johor Bahru) and from JB back to Danok as usual. You can contact us for inquiries and ticket reservations via Line: cintour or by calling 093-596-2208 daily.
​Those wishing to travel back to Thailand can reserve seats immediately, and those wishing to travel to Malaysia can also reserve seats daily.

เรียน ท่านลูกค้าผู้มีอุปการะคุณทุกท่าน

เนื่องด้วยสถานการณ์อุทกภัยครั้งใหญ่ในพื้นที่อำเภอหาดใหญ่ ส่งผลให้บริษัท ซี.ไอ.เอ็น.ทัวร์ จำกัด ไม่สามารถเปิดให้บริการได้โดยไม่มีกำหนด เนื่องจากระบบสาธารณูปโภคพื้นฐาน อาทิ ไฟฟ้าและน้ำประปา ได้รับความเสียหายและถูกตัดขาดในวงกว้าง

ทางบริษัทฯ ขอเรียนแจ้งให้ทราบว่า พัสดุของท่านได้รับความเสียหายจากระดับน้ำที่สูงกว่า 2.5 เมตร ภายในอาคารสำนักงาน ทั้งนี้ บิดาและมารดาของผู้บริหาร ซึ่งเป็นผู้สูงอายุ ได้พักอาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ดังกล่าว และไม่สามารถเคลื่อนย้ายพัสดุและสิ่งของขึ้นสู่ที่สูงได้ทันท่วงที เนื่องจากระดับน้ำที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วและสูงมาก ทำให้พัสดุจำนวนมากจมอยู่ใต้น้ำ

บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการประชุมหารือเพื่อหาแนวทางจัดการพัสดุที่ได้รับความเสียหายโดยเร็วที่สุด เหตุการณ์อุทกภัยครั้งนี้เกิดขึ้นอย่างกะทันหันและไม่มีการแจ้งเตือนล่วงหน้า ทำให้ไม่สามารถเตรียมการหรือขนย้ายสิ่งของได้ทันท่วงที บริษัทฯ ต้องขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกที่เกิดขึ้นเป็นอย่างสูง

หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงกำหนดการเปิดให้บริการของบริษัทฯ ทางเราจะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบอีกครั้งโดยเร็วที่สุด

​Due to the severe flooding in the Hat Yai district area, C.I.N Tour Co., Ltd. is regretfully unable to open for service until further notice. This is a direct consequence of extensive damage and disruption to basic public utilities, including electricity and running water, across the affected area.
​We must inform you that your parcels have been damaged as the water level inside our office building exceeded 2.5 meters. The executive's elderly parents, who reside on the premises, were unable to move the parcels and other items to a higher place in time due to the rapid and extreme rise in water levels. Consequently, a large volume of parcels was submerged.
​The company will convene an urgent meeting to discuss and finalize a plan for handling the damaged parcels as soon as possible. This flood event was sudden and occurred without any advance warning, making it impossible to prepare for or relocate belongings in a timely manner. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
