On-going people development at 3X Logistics. It is a leadership training program (Emerging New Leaders at 3X Logistics) for frontline management team. Our MD, Khun Witsakorn Tharatorn Srisakul was a lead facilitator who conducted and facilitated this class. The class focused on people leader and results leader.

เป็นปีที่สนุกสนานอีกปีหนึ่ง พนักงานมีทั้งหมด 35 คนแล้ว ไม่น่าเชื่อว่าเราโตมาถึงขนาดนี้ พนักงานใหม่ที่เพิ่มขึ้นมาอีก 6 ตำแหน่งในปีที่แล้ว โควิดมาเราไม่กลัว แต่เราทุกคนมุ่งมั่นจะทำธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ให้ดีและโตขึ้น

พนักงานมีความสุขกันทั่วหน้าตั้งแต่เริ่มออกจากกิ่งแก้วจนไปถึงชะอำ อาหารพร้อมทุกมื้ออร่อยและประทับใจ เกมส์แน่นเอี้ยด เครื่องดื่มไม่ขาดตลอดทริป งานนีออนไนท์ costume ไม่มีใครยอมแพ้ใครสู้ตายกันทุกคน มีที่พักอย่างดีแต่เหมือนไม่ได้พักผ่อนนอนหลับกันเลย

น่าจะเป็นข่าวดีของผู้ส่งออกนะครับ คลังสินค้า BFS ยอมให้นำสินค้าเข้ามาเคลียร์ก่อนไฟล์ทออก 36 ชั่วโมง ก็ถือว่ามีความยืดหยุ่นมากขึ้นกว่าเดิมครับ
