Rules and Regulations
To Our Guests,
Welcome to NAT 2 Guest House and (the " NAT 2 Guest House ")! We work hard to offer a comfortable, safe and enjoyable experience for all of our Guests. You can help us by keeping in mind the following:
• We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel or other item to be brought into the Guest House, and to deal with any unattended object in such a way as we
consider appropriate.
• Pets (with the exception of service animals) may not be brought into the Guest House.
• Please pay for your room or check out before 11:30 AM. If you check out later than scheduled time and fail to inform us, you will be charged a full day.
• Do not dispose anything or any objects out of the balconies such as water or trash. It is strictly prohibited and there is a fine of 1,000 Baht to enforce this kind of manner. (Due to there are stores down below and it is enforcing according to the law enforcement.)
• Do not destroy any of our property and do not write, draw or cause any damages. We also have the right to claim any responsibility from you and or report to the officer. We may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, restrict the number of persons having access to the Guest House or any part of it temporarily, due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require. We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Guest House, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviors, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require. We are not responsible and do not assume any liability for any damage to or loss of the property or belongings of any users to the Guest House, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise. For the purpose of these rules, "we" means NAT 2 Guest House
