Are you an experienced logistics professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate confidently in English and Mandarin? We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our cross-border logistics operations and support the General Manager in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and manage daily transportation and logistics operations to ensure service excellence and on-time delivery.
✅ Oversee transport planning, fleet utilization, subcontractor management, and operational performance.
✅ Manage customer service, shipment visibility, and operational KPIs.
✅ Work closely with customers, overseas agents, transport partners, customs brokers and internal team to ensure smooth ex*****on of shipments.
✅ Support the General Manager in business development activities, customer visits, sales presentations, and strategic account management.
✅ Participate in customer meetings, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
✅ Identify business opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to company growth initiatives.
✅ Prepare management reports, operational reviews, and business performance analysis.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
✔ Strong knowledge of cross-border trucking and logistics operations.
✔ Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
✔ Proficient in English and Chinese Mandarin (spoken and written).
✔ Ability to conduct business meetings, negotiations, customer presentations, and operational discussions in English and Chinese.
✔ Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
✔ Experience working with regional customers and partners across ASEAN and China is highly preferred.
✔ Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities when required.
