Dear Kakis and members,
⚠️ BEWARE OF THE ATTACHED MAN IN THIS POST ⚠️
🚙 He drove my car and got into TWO ACCIDENTS!! He has yet clear off the DUE OUTSTANDING and WENT MIA!! (Refer to attached pictures for proof of authorization for him to drive the car and the accident details).
📵 He has GONE MIA ever since CHINESE NEW YEAR (CNY) this year 2019. I and my partner have been trying to contact him but in vain.
🚧 Last year December 2018, this gentleman got into accident twice in the same month. Unfortunately, both accidents are his fault. Together with an OUTSTANDING RENTAL and ACCIDENT EXCESS, he has incurred almost $8K due.
⏳ I and my partner had met him after the accident and reach on an agreement to pay off $100 daily based on the OUTSTANDING recorded, which he has agreed too.
💡 Furthermore, to avoid any further cost involved due to accident such as, longer repair time and no downtime rental , we advise him to send in a workshop for repair soonest within 2 days completion despite the bad damages. Out of goodwill, workshop boss even agreed on an installment payment by releasing the repaired vehicle, whereby I am the guarantor for the installment.
📆 We have given due understanding and ample time for him to pay back the outstanding despite he driving the vehicle for GoJEK and Grab instead of the company's jobs to offset rental.
📝 With utmost mutual trust and to protect myself, I have drafted out an agreement for his review before we agreed to sign, but it took him forever to read and eventually DO NOT WANT TO SIGN. (Refer to one of the attached screenshot).
🔴 To Add On, several kakis have stepped in and revealed that he has been borrowing money from some drivers who sympathized him, claiming that he has a newborn child and a family of 5 whom he needs to feed. Ever since till now, affected victims have yet to locate him and get back their money too.
📞 From my knowledge and reliable source, he is currently driving a HONDA VEZEL (Gold) from LION CITY RENTAL (LCR). I wonder how LCR could even allow such a person to rent their car instead. Lion City Rentals Before he return the car to me, he disregard daily payment, but instead, earn the deposit amount to take up a LCR vehicle. I strongly believe that this is not ethical at all.
✂️ I have been covering his mess, his s**t ever since he gone MIA. I have to bear his outstanding with the company, it has affected greatly on my family and my partner too, whose has a yet to give birth baby to support.
❌ For his irresponsible actions, he has dragged down everyone who care for him, and we suffer for him. Till now, he has yet to appear to resolve the outstanding.
❌ I would like to urge EVERYONE who know him or don't know him, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LEND HIM ANY MONEY.
📱 If anyone knows him or happen to see him, do kindly do me a favour, PM me. I believe you guys do not want to condone such behaviour too.
P.S. I do not want to make things difficult for him by sending debt collector to his house, even till now. I hope I do not have to resort to such action. End of the day, we are all man, let us settle this on how a man should do.
