1 X Warehouse Assistant cm Store-Keeper

Job Description & Requirements
Looking for Singaporeans / PRs / LTP holders aged 23 and above and must be physically fit
At least 1 year prior experience in related industry or warehousing is necessary.
Must posess a Valid Forklift Driving License
Basic computer and data entry knowledge
Prior experience in Logistics Warehouse management is appreciated

Job Roles include:
Receiving of supplies and storing the items at the proper location.
Managing warehouse inventory system
Maintain detailed and appropriate records such as weight, dimension and other cargo details according to the shipping documents for cargo in warehouse
Providing Goods Received Note (GRN).
Pick, pack and prepare cargo for loading for drivers
Track and monitor incoming/outgoing cargo in warehouse
Handle an ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Maintaining tidiness of warehouse and other general warehousing duties as assigned.
Must be willing to work cohesively in a team and independently

Location: Changi, Airport

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 1pm
5.5 days work
Must be willing to do OT if needed

Basic Salary:
$1800.00 - $2200.00/month

Logistics Executive cm Admin Assistant

Job Description:
Account management of existing clients
Liaising with vendors/suppliers on item deliveries.
Liaise with warehouse assistant and drivers on proper cargo delivery
Attending to customers' enquiries via emails & phone calls.
Receiving of supplies and maintaining proper record filing and inventory list.
Ensure proper paperwork tasks are completed such as preparing delivery orders.
Basic data entry and admin work, such as doing permits for delivery.
Other general admin duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:
Must have completed GCE 'O' Levels / ITE Certification (Diploma would be and added advantage)
Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office – Excel, Outlook, Warehouse Management System)
At least 1 year prior experience in related industry or admin is necessary.
Must be meticulous and willing to learn.
Should be able to work independently and in a team.
Must be willing to work in a male working environment.

Other Details :
Location : Jurong and/or Airport
Working Hours : 5.5 days work ( Mon – Fri : 9am – 6pm, Sat : 9am – 1pm)
Salary : $1,800 - $2,200 (negotiable)

Requirements :
Looking for Singaporeans, PR(s) & Malaysian(s)
Preferably candidates aged 23 and above
With Valid Class 3 / 4 Driving License
Prior Driving Experience in Logistics / Marine Sector is appreciated

Job Roles Include:
Collection and Delivery of cargoes to local warehouses, airport, shipyards, PSA, Jurong Port lighter terminals and etc.
Checking of Manual DO against the cargoes before delivery and after collection

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 1pm
Must be able to commit to after hours when needed

Basic Salary:
Class 3 / 4 : $1800.00 - $3,500.00* per month (negotiable)
*Inclusive of OT pay
