Position: Travel Service Manager (Sales & Operations)
Location: Tower 2 @ PFCC, Jalan Puteri 1/2, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia
We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Travel Service Manager to lead and manage our travel department, drive sales growth, and oversee fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Generate and grow sales from Asian and international markets.
โข Establish and maintain contracts with hotels and tourist attractions in Singapore
โข Expand and manage the sales team focusing on international markets
โข Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and credit management
โข Compile and manage all bookings in the booking system
โข Schedule and assign daily jobs to drivers
โข Follow up with drivers to ensure punctual and quality service delivery
โข Plan and monitor vehicle inspections, road tax, and insurance renewals
โข Conduct regular vehicle safety checks and report any defects
โข Ensure daily movement reports are updated and submitted to the accounts department
Requirements:
โข Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Excel
โข Good command of English (written and spoken)
โข Strong organizational and leadership skills
โข Experience in travel, tourism, or transport operations is preferred
