What a terribly disappointing day for Gemma Transit Singapore, and Vienna Binders.

What could have been a fanfarous event at Jurong Town Hall Int., with bus fans swarming across the berth where the new bus service is, and that I would have a chance to have a chat with Grace Fu, the LTA officials, and have an enjoyable time.

What could have been a joyous moment to debut our custom graphics for the PISD that we have spent so much time designing and fixing.

What could have been a memorable moment.

All of these. For an absolute moment of disappointment, emptiness, and nothingness.

Where are the fanfare when we needed the most? Where is the glamour that bespoke of a bus service when it was fresh off the oven?

All of these, are just for show. Like how the so-called "fan-fare" is nothing but is either an A.I.-based schieße, or something that we definitely don't want to discuss here.

While the bus service 984 has taken its first steps of its new journey, albeit without the guarantation, and the best quality assurance that we might have for it, it gives us a sense of a false hope. A false hope that we may never forget, never forgive.

I just hope that a new (not an existing) bus service that connects either CCK or Bukit Panjang towards Tengah directly, that it will start at CCK (or Bukit Panjang) instead. Suggest 893 (or any other but not the same).

In the near future, if we introduce a new update to our graphics for our custom PISD within the next few days, weeks, or months, tell me, what are the chances that it will cause severe problems (i.e. like what we tried with bus service 892 (rebadged from 944 since 24 September 2023) when it was in beta) to our customised graphics for the PISD in buses?

Had the launch been delayed by just at least 30–45 minutes (at least for quality assurance), the guarantation, and the best quality assurance that we might have for it, will be there.

This is not the way it should be played out.

At 5.20pm, 22 October 2024, a train car happened to stall near Teck Whye station. To move the faulty train, a rescue train had to be deployed to move it back to the depot. And then this happened: the rescue train also stalled as well.
