Last weekend, four members of our team, together with the wife of Michał Lesiński, joined over 400 cyclists to ride around the Szczecin Lagoon.

It was not just about the distance, but about being part of something bigger. Local initiative, shared effort and a clear example of how we stay connected with the communities and regions we operate in.

We are proud to support and engage with initiatives that strengthen Western Pomerania and bring people together.

Smooth maritime operations rely on more than procedures. They are built on everyday cooperation between ship and shore.

That is why we regularly meet with Captains in our office. Recently, we had the opportunity to host one of them and look at operations from both perspectives at the same time 🤝

These meetings go beyond information exchange. They are focused discussions on what works, what can be improved, and how to better understand each other’s roles. Experience from the vessel meets the operational reality of the office, from chartering to daily coordination.

As a result, decisions are not made in isolation. They are based on shared experience and translate into better performance across the organization.

Here, the Captain’s role goes beyond the bridge. It means having a real impact on how we operate as a company ⚓

Są inicjatywy, które dobrze pokazują, czym jest współpraca w praktyce.

W Szczecinie uczniowie II Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Mieszka I realizują projekt Na Walizce w ramach Olimpiady Zwolnieni z Teorii. Łączą młodzież polską i ukraińską, wspólnie odkrywając historię miasta i ludzi, którzy je budowali.

Powstają wywiady, historie i spojrzenie na Szczecin jako miejsce, które od lat tworzą osoby przyjezdne. Finałem będzie gra miejska prowadząca przez ważne punkty powojennego miasta.

Już 17.04 odbędzie się finał projektu, w którym udział weźmie około 100 uczniów z kilku szczecińskich szkół. Trzymamy kciuki za realizację i wszystkich uczestników 👏

There are initiatives that clearly demonstrate what collaboration looks like in practice.

In Szczecin, students from II Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Mieszka I are carrying out the 𝑵𝒂 𝑾𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒛𝒄𝒆 project as part of the 𝒁𝒘𝒐𝒍𝒏𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒊 𝒛 𝑻𝒆𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒊. They are bringing together Polish and Ukrainian youth to explore the history of the city and the people who built it.

They are creating interviews, stories, and a perspective on Szczecin as a place that has been shaped for years by newcomers. The finale will be a city scavenger hunt leading through key sites of the post-war city.

The project finale will take place on April 17, with about 100 students from several Szczecin schools participating. We’re keeping our fingers crossed for the event and all the participants 👏

There are ships that simply do their job. And then there are those that make their mark on a company’s history.

The MT Amonith has been with us since 2012 and has completed over 500 voyages during that time. Over the years, it has been a part of our daily routine. It has proven itself in various conditions and delivered what matters most. Reliability 💪

Today, it closes its chapter at Unibaltic. It has been transferred across the Atlantic, bringing to a close a story that lasted 14 years.

We’re not saying “goodbye.” We’re saying “thank you.”
