Brief History
In the year 1990, more than 200 founding members established the Associated Chapters Development Cooperative (ACDC) in Brgy. Pintong Bukawe, San Mateo through the leadership of the Founding Chairman: Mr. Loreto B. Aban.
By 2005, the Cooperative Members, led by the Board of Directors, ACDC expanded their business purpose as a Multipurpose and Transport Service Cooperative by filing an amendment of their Articles of Cooperation and Bylaws, where the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) duly approved.
At the same year the ACD & Transport Service Cooperative received their Certificate of Accreditation and Good Standing with the DOTC (now DOTr) - Office of the Transportation Cooperative (OTC). So as their Certificate of Public Convenience to operate fifteen (15) units of Public Utility Jeepney (PUJ) from the Land Transportation and Franchising Regulatory Board (LTFRB), for the Brgy. Pintong Bukawe (San Mateo) – Robinsons (Marcos Highway) via Marikina, route.
