Giovanni Lopez, at sa pamumuno ni Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) Chairman Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II, mariing pinapayuhan ang publiko na iwasan muna ang pagbiyahe habang nakataas pa ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal ng Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

Dahil sa kasalukuyang lagay ng panahon at sa mga inaasahang hindi magandang dulot ng Bagyong Tino, pinaalalahanan ang lahat na manatili sa tahanan at huwag munang bumiyahe kung hindi kailangan, lalo na sa mga rutang:
β€’Mula Metro Manila at mga karatig-lalawigan patungong Bicol Region; at
β€’Mga rutang papunta sa Visayas.

Layunin nito na masiguro ang kaligtasan ng lahat at maiwasan ang pagdami ng mga stranded na pasahero sa mga terminal.

Manatiling nakaantabay para sa mga susunod na abiso at anunsyo mula sa LTFRB at sa iba pang ahensya ng pamahalaan.

Tropical storm Ramil remains over the coastal waters of Quezon province.
At 7 a.m., it was over the coastal waters of Mauban, Quezon, packing winds of 65 kph with gusts up to 90 kph, and moving west northwestward at 20 kph.
Wind signal no. 2 remains up in 17 areas including northern Metro Manila; southern portions of Ilocos, Cordillera, and Cagayan Valley; most of Central Luzon; northeastern CALABARZON; and northwestern Bicol.
30 other areas in Luzon are still under signal no. 1.
Ramil will make another landfall over Quezon province this morning then cross the Southern-Central Luzon area and emerge over the West Philippine Sea later this afternoon or evening.
It will be out of the Philippine area of responsibility Monday morning or noon.
