Hello LCC MAEL,

I would just like to commend and express our gratitude for your topnotch service. Tonight, May 26, we boarded your Unit 3007 at around 9:45 PM, at SM City. On our way, na-appreciate ko na nga ang driver was very amiable. But a few minutes after we arrived home I realized I must have left my mother's wallet sa taxi. I called your hotline and thankfully someone still answered even if it was already late. In about 30 minutes, my wallet was returned. Gindul-ong gid sang driver nyo maskin almost 11 PM na. Please extend our thanks again to your driver kay regretabbly wala namon nakuha ang name ya. I also tried giving him money to compensate his effort to go back to our house but he refused to accept it saying it was his obligation. Overwhelmed gid kami with gratefulness. Big thank you also to Sir Darren who is manning your hotline for taking our call and most especially for his immediate action. Pasimpalad lang ang akon call kay gab-i na and in my mind wala man kabalo ang driver nga may nabilin kami. I just tried lang kay may sentimental value gid ang wallet sa mother ko.
