PROMO TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) Promo is only open for non-existing clients of Juan Dive Pinas.
2) Promo period is from January 11, 2022 to January 25, 2022.
3) Draw will be on January 26, 2022 at 12pm via https://wheelofnames.com/ and will be posted on FB Page, FB Stories, and IG Stories of Juan Dive Pinas at 5pm for consolation prizes and 6pm for the grand prize.
4) Upon sign-up in the promo form, registrants will receive a confirmation via email confirming their entries for the raffle.
5) Each entry will only have 3 chances to win - two (2) for consolation prizes and one (1) for grand prize.
6) Winners will receive a digital voucher in their email address not later than January 31, 2022.
7) Winners must claim and use the prize within February 2022 using the digital voucher. Voucher expires after February 25, 2022. For any covid-related instance, winners must submit a copy of an RTPCR for verification with the facility who conducted it. Upon confirmation, rescheduling will be granted not later than 60 days after verification.
8) Prize is non-transferable to another name. Only the names provided in the registration can utilize the prize.
