Mahigpit na ipinapatupad ng batas ang mandatory na pagsusuot ng proper helmet at kasuotang naaayon sa pagmamaneho ng motorcycle upang matiyak ang kaligtasan.
_"RA 10054: Motorcycle Helmet Act of 2009
mandates all motorcycle riders to wear standard protective motorcycle helmets and provides for specific penalties for its violation"; and other related laws under RA 4136 Land Transportation and Traffic Code Law"_

Hindi rin pinapahintulutan ng batas ang tatlong tao na sakay sa isang motorcycle, lalo na kung isa rito ay bata.
