This form serves as the official channel for reporting incidents, concerns, or complaints related to PresTODA operations, members, or services. All reports submitted here will be documented, reviewed, and acted upon fairly and in accordance with PresTODA guidelines.
๐๐ผ Please Note:
(1) Any accusations or complaints must be addressed through this official process and not posted on social media, to avoid hearsay or unnecessary harm to PresTODA or its members.
(2) False accusations not filed through the proper procedure and instead posted on social media with the intent to damage the reputation of PresTODA or its membersโwho are community volunteers and PNP force multipliers dedicated to securing the safety of residentsโwill be deemed unacceptable. Legal action may be filed against individuals who deliberately attempt to ruin the name of PresTODA.

๐กWe encourage all complainants to provide clear, accurate, and honest information so that proper resolution can be achieved, for the purpose of fairness and maintaining a harmonious relationship within the community.
๐ Reminder to All Residents and Passengers:
๐๐ผ Please note that our community still has bao-bao drivers fetching passengers who are not members of PresTODA, not homeowners, and in most cases, outsiders.
๐๐ผ We highly encourage everyone to support and patronize our fellow homeowners and community volunteers who are official bao-bao operators under PresTODA.

How to Identify Official PresTODA Drivers:
(1) Vehicles have a PresTODA Bao Sticker displayed.
(2) Drivers wear a uniform (black or orange) with PRESTODA or PT printed at the back.
(3) The uniform also bears the TODA logo and the driverโs name.

๐๐ผ Support homeowner volunteers who also serve as PNP force multipliers.

๐ Let us all be responsible community members and Facebook users. Social media should be used to inform and unite the whole Prestige Community.
๐ Avoid digital shaming.
๐ False accusations can damage reputations and may result in moral damages to the person involved.
๐ Anonymous accounts used to deliberately ruin the name of PresTODA or any group of people will also be held liable.
๐ From now on, personal attacks made on digital platforms will be held liable, to preserve the harmonious relationship within our community and uphold the highest standards of respect and dignity.
๐ If this is the only way to stop hearsay and false stories being spread by those who do nothing but cause division, then we must all take this seriously as LEGIT HOMEOWNERS in our community โ those whose names are truly on the land titles of their properties โ not by those who only pretend to be homeowners while creating trouble in our beloved community.
