CEBU CITY TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (CCTO) was created by Ordinance No. 22

39 dated June 9, 2010. CCTO Mission:

a.) Optimum utilisation of traffic facilities
b.) Conducting continuous traffic education
c.) Conducting impartial and effective enforcement of traffic laws and regulations, and
d.) Proactive transportation and traffic management
