📌 Job Title: Accounting Staff

📍 Location: Mabolo, Cebu City

🔎 Job Summary
Luxe Tours & Car Rental is seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accounting Staff to manage daily financial transactions, monitor rental revenues, track fleet-related expenses, and ensure compliance with government regulations.

Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Daily Financial Operations
• Record daily rental income
• Reconcile payments from cash, bank transfer, GCash, and other channels
• Monitor security deposits and refund releases
• Prepare official receipts and invoices

2️⃣ Accounts Monitoring
• Track Accounts Receivable (corporate clients, long-term rentals)
• Monitor Accounts Payable (vehicle maintenance, fuel, insurance, suppliers)
• Reconcile bank statements monthly
• Maintain petty cash records

3️⃣ Fleet Cost Monitoring
• Track vehicle maintenance expenses
• Monitor insurance renewals, registration, and LTO compliance
• Maintain cost-per-vehicle expense reports
• Assist in analyzing profitability per unit

4️⃣ Compliance & Reporting
• Prepare BIR reports and tax filings
• Process SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG remittances
• Assist in payroll preparation
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Support audit documentation

🎓 Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Finance
✔ At least 1–2 years of experience in accounting
✔ Experience in service-based or transportation industry is an advantage
✔ Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic financial reporting)
✔ Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations (BIR compliance)
✔ Strong attention to detail and integrity

💼 Preferred Skills
• Experience handling rental contracts or subscription-based services
• Familiarity with POS systems or booking management software
• Basic financial analysis skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
