- WE DO NOT ACCEPT ONLINE BOOKINGS. Reservations are allowed for walk-in and phone calls. Please call the designated number posted per branch.

3.) WHAT TIME IS YOUR FIRST and LAST TRIP?

FIRST TRIP:
🚐 Catbalogan to Tacloban
⏰ 4:30 am on mondays
⏰ 5:00 am on tuesday to sunday

LAST TRIP:
🚐 Catbalogan to Tacloban and v.v
5:00 pm to 5:30 pm

Time of departure may change without prior notice.

4.) I BOOKED A TRIP/ CARGO. THE VAN HASN'T ARRIVED YET.
- For cargoes and other documents, you may follow up the estimated time of arrival on the branch where you booked your cargo/documents. Please allow 1-2 hrs time allowance on top of the estimated time of arrival due to road widening and road reblocking. Please take note that this is beyond our control.

- For SPECIAL TRIPS (ex: going to the airport) we advise you book in advance, so that we can prepare ahead of time. Please also inform our ticketing officers on the time of your flight.

5.) DO YOU ACCEPT PICK-UP OF PASSENGER/s?
- Yes, if you wish to be picked-up by our van, you may call ahead of time to inform our drivers. This is only applicable to passengers who are are located on the main road.

6.) DO YOU ACCEPT PRIVATE RENTALS?
- Yes, if you wish to book a van for your family trips, team building, etc. you may book via walk-in.

7.) I LEFT MY LUGGAGE/BAGS/VALUABLES
- City Tours will not be held responsible for ANY valuables left by our valued passengers. Please take care of your belongings during and and before getting off the van.
