SYSTEM ADVISORY – DRIVER WALLET WITHDRAWAL AUTOMATION

Dear Hail Drivers and Partners,

Please be advised that today, March 11, 2026 at 1:00 PM, we will conduct a system migration in partnership with Security Bank as part of the implementation of our Automated Driver Revenue Withdrawal System.

This upgrade will enable drivers to withdraw their earnings directly to their bank accounts via InstaPay or PESONet through Security Bank, providing faster, more secure, and more convenient payouts.

What to Expect:

• Temporary system and driver account adjustments during the migration period
• Improved automated withdrawal process for driver earnings
• Direct bank transfer via InstaPay or PESONet
• Enhanced security and reliability of payout transactions

Important Note:

There may be brief interruptions in driver account services while the system upgrade is being completed. Normal operations will resume once the migration is finalized.

This improvement is part of Hail’s continuous effort to make driver earnings faster, safer, and more accessible.
