Watur is looking for **English-speaking tour guides to collaborate with us in Lima** for **private tours (max. 3 guests)**.

📍 Preferably based in El Callao or nearby (easy access to Lima Airport)
🕒 On-demand work (only when tours are scheduled)
🎓 Open to experienced guides or tourism students

💰 **Payment per tour: $25–$50 depending on duration (4h / 6h / 8h)**

**What we’re looking for:**
• Good spoken English (comfortable with international guests)
• Friendly, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable leading **small, personalized tours (1–3 guests)**
• Flexible availability
