PESG MANAGEMENT AND STAFF BID FINAL FAREWELL TO BARR. BINCHEN MAMFA JANTUR, ESQ.
On Friday, 14th August 2026, the Management and Staff of Plateau Express Services Group (PESG) joined the family, friends, colleagues and loved ones of our late Company Secretary and Head of Legal Services, Binchen Mamfa Jantur, Esq., to pay their final respects as he was laid to rest.
The burial service was a solemn and deeply emotional moment for the PESG family, offering an opportunity to reflect on the life, character, professional service, and enduring contributions of a colleague who played an important role in the restructuring and repositioning of the Group.
We particularly acknowledge and appreciate the presence of His Excellency, Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, Executive Governor of Plateau State, ably represented by the Secretary to the Government of Plateau State, Arch. Samuel N. Jatau, alongside several government appointees, political associates, colleagues and well-wishers who came to honour the memory of Barr. Jantur and pay their final respects.
Mr. Jantur served with dedication, professionalism and quiet commitment. Beyond his institutional role, he was a respected reform leader, colleague and political ally to many. His counsel, institutional knowledge and contributions to the growth of PESG will remain an enduring part of the organisation’s history and success story.
As we continue to mourn his passing, we extend our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones and pray that Almighty God grants them strength and comfort.
