1. Logistics Co-Ordinator
🦾Coordinate and oversee transportation activities, including scheduling, routing, and tracking of shipments or deliveries.
🦾Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods by managing transportation providers and carriers.
🦾Liaise with customers and internal teams to coordinate logistics operations and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
🦾Resolve transportation-related problems or delays promptly and effectively to minimize impact on deliveries.
🦾Utilize logistics software or systems to track shipments, maintain records.
2. Customer Service
🦾Handle inbound calls, emails, or live chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
🦾Provide information regarding transportation services, schedules, pricing, and policies.
🦾Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or service-related issues effectively.
🦾Offer solutions or alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
🦾Assist customers in making reservations, bookings, or changes to their transportation arrangements.
🦾Collaborate with logistics, operations, or other relevant departments to fulfill customer requests or resolve issues.
🦾Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, data privacy, and service protocols.
🦾Identify opportunities to promote additional services or upgrades to customers when appropriate.
3. Sales & Marketing Executive
🦾Formulate and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
🦾Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
🦾Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
🦾Acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
🦾Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements that align with company objectives.
🦾Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company through proactive selling and relationship management.
🦾Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Liaise with internal teams such as operations, customer service, and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer issues.
Job requirement:
📌Preferable Female
📌At least 1 year experience in relevant positions.
📌Good communication skill and time management.
📌Capability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries or complaints promptly without compromising service quality, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
📌Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Melayu & Chinese.
📌Proficiency in relevant software and tools for logistics, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
📌Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
📌Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
💵 Remuneration Package
✅ Basic Salary: From RM2500 / From RM3500 (may disclosure during interview)
