Job Vacancy : Front Desk Assistant
Job Responsibilities :
• To manage all the arrival parcels by sorting it to the correct destinations
• To ensure the parcels are well handled.
• Documented and scanned in all transit as procedure/SOP set up by the company
• To check and monitor inbound and outbound shipment from branch and company agents
• To monitor daily delivery performance and pick up each sub
• Physical checking all shipment at Hub
• Ensure customer request, inquiry, feedback and complaints are attended and resolved in timely manner and in accordance to Company's procedures.
• Monitoring workers productivity and service level.
• Develop workers sorting, scanning, identify parcel skill
• To ensure all shipment have been sorted and taken out for delivery.
• To monitor and supervise couriers’ attendance and performance to complete all deliveries and pickups.
• Handle all incoming calls from customers.
• Provide good customer services and maintain good report with company customers
• Ensure inquiries received are properly recorded and follow- up.
• Any other duties as and when assigned and deemed necessary.
Requirements :
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in call center or customer service environment.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field.
• Age 20 to 35 years old
• Posses good command of oral and written in multilingual would be an added advantage.
• Have good telephone etiquette with excellent listening skills.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office particularly in MS Excel and Word.
