Hi Rakans,

JPJ has officially launched a new digital feature to make your life easier. Starting from 10th February, you can now perform your E-Hailing Vehicle Declaration (from Persendirian AB/AD to E-hailing AH) directly through the MyJPJ app!

No more manual paperwork or long queues. Here is what you need to know to stay compliant and keep driving without interruptions:

Why is this important? ⚠️ Failing to complete your vehicle declaration can lead to legal implications and may affect your ability to continue receiving bookings on the Grab platform.

How to do it in 5 Simple Steps:
Check Vehicle Age: If your car is 3 years or older, ensure you have completed your Puspakom inspection first. For vehicles below 3 years, proceed to the next step.
Register MyDigital ID: You must download and register for the MyDigital ID app first to verify your identity.
Login to MyJPJ: Open your MyJPJ app and choose "Login with MyDigital ID."
Find the Feature: Tap on the "Declare E-Hailing Service Vehicles" option on the main dashboard.
Submit: Select your vehicle and follow the prompts to complete your declaration!

Deadline to comply: Don't wait! Please ensure this is done as soon as possible to avoid any issues with your E-Hailing status.

Note: No further action is required if your road tax vehicle code has already been updated to AH.

Great news! The government is launching the BUDI 95 targeted fuel subsidy programme on September 30, 2025, and we want to make sure you don't miss out on these savings.

What is the BUDI 95 Programme?
BUDI 95 is a government subsidy program offering cheaper RON95 petrol to eligible Malaysians to help with living costs. It is accepted at major stations nationwide, including Petronas, Shell, Caltex, and more.

🚨 URGENT ACTION: Check Your MyKad Chip Before October 7, 2025!
This is the most critical step you must take immediately. To register for BUDI 95, you must complete an electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) verification, which requires a functioning MyKad chip.

The government is offering a FREE REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED MYKAD CHIPS from September 23, 2025, to October 7, 2025.
What to do: If your MyKad chip is damaged, scratched, or cannot be read, please visit any nearby National Registration Department (JPN) branch before the October 7 deadline to get it replaced for free.
Why it's important: A working MyKad is a mandatory government requirement to pass the eKYC verification.

Sebenarnya tak perlu tanggal tinted jika Ingin lakukan pemeriksaan di PUSPAKOM! Anda cuma perlu pastikan cermin kenderaan anda ikut spesifikasi pihak berkuasa.

Jangan terpedaya dengan promosi tinted gelap yang kononnya "lulus pihak berkuasa".

Tak pasti? Buat Pemeriksaan secara Sukarela (VVI) - Single Item di PUSPAKOM. Hanya RM15 untuk semak tahap ketelusan cermin sebelum pemeriksaan sebenar.

⚠️ MAKLUMAN TERKINI: SISTEM SPEED TRAP BERMULA 1 JUN 2025 ⚠️

Bermula 1 Jun 2025, pihak berkuasa akan menggunakan sistem AWAS - Point-to-Point Speed Measurement di lebuh raya tertentu.

🛣️ Bagaimana ia berfungsi?

Sistem ini akan merekod masa anda masuk dan keluar tol.

Jika masa perjalanan terlalu singkat berbanding jarak (contohnya, melebihi had laju 110 km/j), sistem akan kira purata kelajuan anda.

Jika purata kelajuan anda melebihi had laju yang ditetapkan, anda mungkin akan menerima notis saman atau arahan ke mahkamah.

💡 Contoh:
Masuk Tol A jam 1:00 PM dan keluar Tol B jam 1:30 PM, sedangkan jarak sepatutnya ambil masa 45 minit jika ikut had laju. Maka sistem anggap anda telah memandu melebihi 110 km/j secara purata.

📨 Surat saman atau panggilan mahkamah boleh dihantar kepada anda jika melanggar had laju ini.

Nota tambahan:

Sistem AWAS sebelum ini digunakan untuk kamera AES dan rekod kesalahan trafik lain, tetapi kini ditambah dengan fungsi "average speed" ini.

Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ) Malaysia memperkenalkan rekaan ilustrasi terbaharu Lesen Memandu Malaysia (LMM) yang dilengkapi dengan ciri keselamatan yang dipertingkatkan.

Ketua Pengarah JPJ, Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli berkata, kad LMM terkini itu telah diedarkan secara berperingkat di seluruh negara bermula hari ini.

Bagaimanapun katanya ketika ini, cetakan fizikal kad LMM versi terkini hanya dibenarkan untuk pemohon kategori warganegara yang akan ke luar negara.

"Kalau pemohon mahu keluar negara mereka boleh dapatkan lesen memandu fizikal ini.

"Kita tahu tidak semua negara menerima aplikasi MyJPJ. Hanya Singapura sudah terima tetapi ada negara yang tidak terima lesen memandu secara digital. Mereka perlu membawa lesen fizikal dan permit memandu antarabangsa (IDP) yang boleh dimohon di JPJ," katanya.
