Sea Freight remains Central Continent’s major strength for cargo export ex Malaysia. We handle large fleet of containers per month for outbound cargo ex Port Klang, Malaysia. Our well trained and friendly customer service team is always here to assist. Through our affiliated company, we have over 70 prime movers and 20 cargo trucks/ curtain siders/ side loaders – making us your fast and reliable transport provider. Two container yards strategically located in Nilai Industrial Area and Pulau Indah (West Port Klang) guarantees smooth and seamless operation in cargo pickup and delivery. At Central Continent, we take care of custom formalities to meet our customers’ everyday requirements for clearance of Import and Export consignments in Port Klang, Malaysia. Our affiliated company, we have at our own disposal a warehouse located a Nilai Industrial Area, which is about 75 kilometres from Port Klang and about 25 kilometres from Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The warehouse is about 30,000 square feet with total land piece of 4 acres. Services in warehousing include marking, labelling, packing and unpacking. We provide worldwide door-to-door service as an effortless experience for our customers. By being a member of WCA ( USA based ) / Pangea Logistics Network ( UK Based ) / JC Trans GCP ( China based ) / FMFF ( Malaysia based ) we have access to global network. We ensure our customers can have a peace of mind when they engage with our service for both their import and export shipment. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE VACANCY

Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur

Join Central Continent as a Customer Service Executive and be part of our growing logistics team. We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented individual to handle client communications and ensure smooth coordination of shipments.

Established since 2011, Central Continent delivers trusted logistics solutions specializing in sea freight, air freight, and integrated transportation services.

Job Descriptions:

•Prepare and manage shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
•Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, shippers, and customers for smooth shipment
operations.
•Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
•Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues.
•Maintain accurate records and assist with reports and administrative tasks.
•Handle full sea and air freight export/import documentation, including trucking.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in any field • Preferably 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service or logistics field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Good communication skills in English and Malay (both spoken and written)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset • Basic knowledge of shipping/logistics is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Positive attitude, responsible, and a good team player
