Nothing better than feeling the rainbow of lights on your skin☀️🌈🌟☀️

The use of stained glass is common in the interior design of Iranian architecture and also in Churches and Synagogues. But it may seem amazing to you to see it in Mosques.

Nasir-ol-Molk Mosque is one of the few mosques in the world whose impressive interior design with “stained glass” has turned it into an admirable artwork. What made me prepararound me.

Mollabashi historical house
The Motamedi or Mollabashi historic house is a building that remained from different historical periods that has so impressive Iranian decorations and architecture.
• Mollabashi was the astronomer of Naser al-Din Shah Qajar, who was sent to Isfahan for a mission. Motamedi bought this house for his stay in Isfahan. Of course, this house did not look like today and was much smaller. When Mollabashi came to this house, the house had only two Panj Dari (It is a large room which is the main hall of the house) and Zemestan Neshin (a part of the house that uses in winter) that had remained from the Zand dynasty. Mollabashi added some parts to this house that today, they considered as the most beautiful parts of this house.
◦ The main parts of the house are:
▪ an exterior yard
▪ Tabestan Neshin
▪ an interior yard
▪ Panj Dari

This house is so beautifully designed that you would like to spend hours in Mollabashi house. The colors used in this house, its furnishings, and architecture make it one of the most impressive houses in Isfahan. When the light shines through the seven-colored windows of this house, they create a dreamlike and beautiful landscape. Decorations on the ceiling and walls, chandeliers and Aina-Kari (mirrors), make this house so unique. This amazing house has some parts for work that have more serious spaces than any other parts. This mansion is an attractive example of the architecture of Iranian houses.

Iranian seven colors tiles
With an ancient history and civilization in art and an impressive background in pottery, as well as large reserves of raw materials, Iran was a suitable ground for tile and mosaic industry at the end of the 2nd millennium BC.

During the Safavid period, mosaic ornaments were often replaced by a haft rang (seven colors) technique. Pictures were painted on plain rectangle tiles, glazed and fired afterwards. Besides economic reasons, the seven colors method gave more freedom to artists and was less time-consuming. It was popular until the Qajar period, when the palette of colors was extended by yellow and orange. The seven colors of Haft Rang tiles were usually black, white, ultramarine, turquoise, red, yellow and fawn.

In the Safavid period, tile craft reached its peak of progress so that the tile-works of Shah Abbas time in Isfahan are still unique in terms of beauty and color stability. An example of this tile-work is present in Sheikh Lotf Allah Mosque in Isfahan which is the world’s most beautiful moaragh.

Safavid mosques and schools are generally decorated with a cover of tiles both inside and outside. While the use of moaragh tiles was ongoing, Shah Abbas, who was hasty to see his incomplete religious buildings, encouraged the use of seven colors tile rapid technique.

In the Safavid era, seven colors tile was largely used in Isfahan’s palaces and installing rectangular tiles inside large frames created exquisite scenes with portrait elements and different personalities.

But oral education and transmission of traditional arts within families or guilds have resulted in elimination of many innovative traditional techniques of tile-setting or tile-work in present time.

The Ali Qapu is located on the west side of Isfahan’s main square, the Maydan-i Shah, also known as Naqsh-i Jahan (“Half the World”) and now called Maydan-i Imam. It is situated directly across the square from the Mosque of Shaykh Lutfallah. The building is at heart a monumental gatehouse, originally conceived as a two-story atrium communicating between the public maydan and semi-private dawlat-khanah or royal precinct consisting of an assemblage of palaces, storehouses and government bureaus located to the west of the square. However, it grew to accommodate other courtly functions, including administration and entertainment.

There are places of worship throughout the world that can claim to be extraordinarily beautiful in design and form. The Vakil Mosque in Shiraz, southern Iran, situated to the west of the Vakil Bazaar is just such a holy site.
Shiraz is located in the southwest of Iran on the Khoshk seasonal river. Shiraz has a moderate climate and has been a regional trade center for more than one thousand years.

Historical Agha Bozorg Mosque in Kashan
Lovely mosque and theological college, easy to visit with very simple architecture contrasting with some of the showier stuff you see in other parts of the world. It has a courtyard in from and behind the mosque. There is also an underground level, where the praying ceremony probably used to take place. I believe that this mosque with its quite robust and harmonious design is a must-go when you are in Kashan. It is just on the way to the historical houses.
Agha Bozorg Mosque is the historical mosque which was built in the late 18th century. It is famous for its symmetric pattern and attractive appearance. The beautiful dome is flanked by amazing minarets adorned with colorful tiles arranged in some geometric shapes. Its central courtyard and pool in the middle are a good example of Persian architecture.

This magnificent architectural wonder is very atmospheric and excellent during day time and very incredible at night. The interesting combination of mosque and madrassa (school) is really wonderful and well constructed as its courtyard is surrounded by students’ rooms. One advantage of this attraction is its location near the boutique hotels of the city of Kashan where you can stay and spend the night and visit the beauty of this mosque in the morning or evening in no time. This mosque is a symbol of simple life of the people and religious leaders in the past. The interesting point is that there are numerous parts inside this mosque which are eye-catching and attractive to take photos.

Maharloo Lake, also known as Pink Lake is a seasonal salt lake in the highlands of the area of Shiraz, Iran.27.0 km (16.8 mi) southeast of Shiraz, the lake salt is rich in potassium and other salts.

Rudkhane-ye-Khoshk, a seasonal river flowing through the city of Shiraz, brings most of the flood water to the lake bed during intensive precipitation events. The lake water typically evaporates by the end of summer and exposes the white lake bed. By mid-summer and due to high evaporation rates and salt concentrations, the lake water turns pinkish red as a result of the red tide within the lake.

With its winding lanes, forest of badgirs, mud-brick houses and delightful places to stay , Yazd is a 'don't miss' Destination, On a flat plain ringed by mountains, the city is wedged between the northern Dasht-e Kavir and southern Dasht-e Lut and is every inch a city of the desert. It may not have the big-ticket sights of Esfahan or Shiraz, but, with its atmospheric alleyways and centuries of history, it exceeds both in its capacity to enchant. Yazd warrants a lazy approach – rambling around the maze of historic lanes (referred to locally as Yazd's 'historical texture'), popping into random teahouses or pausing to work out calligraphic puzzles in the city's exquisite tilework.
