Vacancy 1: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction? Hamad International Airport 🛫 is hiring Customer Services Agents to join their team! 🚀

💼 Position Salary Details:
🔹 Salary: QR 2000 + QR 400 Food Allowance
🔹 Work Hours: 8 hours/day + OT
🔹 Work Week: 6 days/week
🔹 Contract: 2 years
🔹 Perks: Accommodation & Transportation provided

🔍 Job Responsibilities:

- Provide top-notch service at check-in counters, boarding gates, transfer desks, Lost & Found, and special handling sections.
- Handle passengers with care, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
- Manage queues, immigration/security flow, and baggage services.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments for smooth operations.

📚 Qualifications:

- High School Qualification with 1 year of related experience OR
- Bachelor's Degree with no prior work experience.
- Knowledge of Departure Control Systems (Macs/Sabre/Altea) is a plus.
- Advanced courses in Passenger Handling and Customer Services preferred.
- Good interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic and other languages are an advantage.
