බාහිර ධනයෙන් දුප්පත් වුවද සිතින් පොහොසත් නම් ඔහු මහා ධනවතෙකි.බාහිර ධනය පිලිබඳ පොහොසත් බව ජල,සොර,ගිනි,රජ යනාදී කිසියම් භයකින් කවර මොහොතක නමුත් විනාශ වීමට ඉඩ තිබේ.හැරත් අද පවත්නා මහත් ධනය හෙට විනාශ වී පහත් දිළිනදෙක් වීමට කිසිදු බැරි කමක් නැත.එනිසා බාහිර වු ධනය කෙරෙහි විශ්වාසය තැබීම මෝඩකමකි.එය අස්ථිර දෙයක් බව හොදින් කල්පනා කල යුතුයි

අභ්‍යන්තර ධනය එසේ නොවේ. සිය සිත ශ්‍රද්ධා ශීල විද්‍යදී උසස් ධනයන්ගෙන් සම්පූර්ණ නම් ඔහු මහත් ධනවතෙකි. ධන කුවේරයෙකි. එම ධනය විනාශ කිරීම මාරයටත් කල නොහැකිය.මැරි පරලොව යන විට ද ගෙන යන ධනය එය බව කල්පනා කලයුතුයි.

රාග ද්වේශ මෝහා දී කෙලෙස් බැම්මෙන් බැඳුණ සත්වයා උප්පත්තියෙන් මරණයට ද , මරණයෙන් උප්පත්තියට ද ගමන් කරයි .. ජාති ජරා මරණාදී දුක් කරදරයන්ගෙන් මැදි වු ඔහුට ප්‍රීතියක් නැත.සැනසීමක් නැත.එනිසා තමා බැඳී පැටලී පවත්නා කෙලෙස් බැම්මෙන් මිදීමට දිවා රෑ උත්සාහ දැරිය යුතුයි..එ ගැන හැකිතාක් උනන්දු විය යුතුය.. යමෙක් එසේ නොකොට දැනුනු රාගයෙන් රත්ව ද්වේශයෙන් දුශ්ටව , මෝහයෙන් මුලාව , ඇවිදින්නේ නම් ඔහු මෙකල ද කෙලෙස් බැම්ම තර කරන්නෙක් වේ.. බැම්මෙන් බැම්මට දුවන්නෙක් වේ. එසේ ඇති කල්හි ඔහුට කවදා ආත්ම සුද්ධියක් ලැබේද? කවදා ලොකෝත්තර සැපත ළඟා වේද.. ඔබ කෙලෙස් බැම්මට අසු වී ඔබගේ ජීවිතය ලැබුවෙහිය. ඔබ දැනුත් රාග , ද්වේශ , මෝහාදියට ඔබගේ සිත ඉඩ දෙන්නෙහි නම් කවදා ඔබ සසර කතරින් එතෙර වන්නෙහි ද , ඔබගේ සිත කෙලෙස් බැම්මට ඉඩ නොදෙනු මැනවි. දැන් පවත්නා කෙලෙස් බැම්මද ලිහනු මැනවි.එවිට ඔබට සදාකාලික සැපතද ලැබෙනවා ඇත.
