Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operator/Dispatcher, located in Mtaileb. The Operator/Dispatcher will be responsible for managing incoming calls, coordinating with drivers, dispatching taxis to requested locations, assisting customers with their queries, and tracking the status of each taxi. Additionally, the Operator/Dispatcher will maintain records of all dispatched tasks and ensure timely completion of services.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with dispatching software and tools
Ability to work well under pressure
Proficiency in basic computer skills
Knowledge of local geography and routes
Customer service experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
