"6월 중국 수출 5.8%↑…예상 넘게 증가율 가속"

2025년 6월 중국 수출액은 전년 동월 대비 5.8% 늘어난 3251억8000만 달러(약 448조3907억원)를 기록했다고 해관총서가 발표했습니다.

재신쾌보와 신화망과 인민망 등에 따르면 해관총서는 이날 내놓은 6월 무역통계에서 수입액이 달러 기준으로 작년 같은 달에 비해 1.1% 증가한 2104억1000만 달러라고 밝혔습니다.

전기자동차(EV)를 포함하는 자동차 수출이 23% 대폭 늘고 완구도 8% 증가했으나, 희토류와 스마트폰, 컴퓨터 관련 수출은 전년 동월을 밑돌았습니다.

현지 이코노미스트는 미국의 대중 고율 관세 발동 영향으로 대미 수출이 크게 줄었지만 다른 지역에 수출이 보완하면서 전체 수출 증가율이 다시 가속했다고 진단했습니다.

대미 수출은 작년 동월보다 16.1% 줄어든 381억6970만 달러에 머물렀으며, 5월 34.5% 감소에서 낙폭을 축소했습니다.

반면 최대 무역 수출 대상인 동남아 국가연합(아세안)은 581억8500만 달러로 16.8% 늘어났으며, 유럽연합(EU)도 7.6%, 일본 역시 6.6% 증대했습니다.

상반기 수입액은 1조2230억2000만 달러로 3.9% 감소했지만, 1~6월 무역 총액은 3조320억1000만 달러로 1.8% 늘어났으며 상반기 무역수지는 5859억6000만 달러 흑자를 냈습니다.

해관총서 통계분석사 뤼다량(呂大良) 사장은 첨단기술 제품 수출이 9.2% 늘고 고급 공작기계, 선박과 해양 공정 설비는 20% 이상 급증했으며 계측기도 14.7% 증가했다고 소개했습니다.

그는 중국기업들이 국제시장 수요 변화에 맞춰 맞춤형, 차별화한 제품을 내놓아 수출 경쟁력을 높이고 있다고 전했습니다.

또한 뤼 사장은 중국의 수입 상황에 관해선 수입액이 전년 동기 대비 감소세를 보였다며 주된 이유로 국제 무역정책의 불확실성과 주요 원자재 가격 하락 등이 복합적으로 작용했다고 지적했습니다.

1) 국제선 항공편에 미치는 영향
독일 출발: 월요일 프랑크푸르트 공항에서 출발하는 모든 항공편이 취소되거나 큰 차질이 빚어질 수 있습니다. 공항 측은 승객들에게 터미널에 오지 말라고 권고 했으며, 재예약 옵션에 대해 항공사에 확인하라고 권고했다고 합니다.
독일 도착: 입국 항공편은 계속 운항할 수 있지만 지연과 공항 서비스 감소가 예상됩니다. 여행자는 출발 전에 항공편 상태를 확인해야 합니다.

2) 영향을 받는 공항
이번 파업은 프랑크푸르트를 넘어 뮌헨, 슈투트가르트, 쾰른/본, 뒤셀도르프, 도르트문트, 하노버, 브레멘, 함부르크, 베를린, 라이프치히-할레 등 독일의 여러 주요 공항에 영향을 미칠 예정이다. 이 광범위한 조치는 전국적으로 상당한 혼란을 야기할 것으로 예상됩니다.

"일본, 3월 1일부터 항공화물 보안대책 강화"

일본 국토 교통성 항공국으로부터 통지된 '항공화물의 안전관리 강화 및 항공화물의 안전대책 강화에 관한 고시' 개정에 따라 보안대책 강화, ETD(Explosive Trace Detection/폭발물 검사 장치) 검사 실시 방법 및 검사 일정이 변경됨을 안내해 드립니다.

*시행 시기 : 2025년 3월 1일

*보안 대책 강화 내용 :
- 폭발물 검사 완료된 화물에 대한 분리 강화 (별도의 스페이스 확보 및 전담 감시원 배치 대책 필요)
- PALLET(SKID) 화물일 경우 포장 해체 후 ETD(Explosive Trace Detection/폭발물 검사 장치)를 이용하여 모든 CARTON 검시(검사 후 기존 상태로 재포장)

이에 따라 보안 검사료(H/C) 인상 및 PALLET(SKID) 화물에 대한 재포장 비용 발생하며, 폭발물 검사로 인해 검사 스케줄이 2일 이상 소요될 것으로 예상되오니 물류 운용에 참고 부탁 드립니다.

비용 인상 관련 하여 일본 법인에서 별도 안내(공지) 예정이오니, 이점 참고 부탁드립니다.

Hanoi to invest in construction of Phu D**g Port

The port is expected to handle the North’s transportation demand and help reduce logistics costs and pollution.

Hanoi plans to build Phu D**g container port in Gia Lam District with the capacity of handling 120,000 TEUs, equivalent to 1.5 million tons per year once completed. By 2030, it is designed to handle 3 million tons a year.

This is the latest detailed planning of the Phu D**g Port, in Co Bi and Dang Xa communes, Gia Lam District, signed by Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Duong Duc Tuan.

In terms of scale, Phu D**g port includes four container handlers, three reach-stackers handling cement, and another two for other purposes. The container yard is 66,360sq.m while a cargo yard is nearly 66,600sq.m.

According to the detailed planning, the number of reach-stackers will double compared with the city's approved transport plan. They will be used for the loading and unloading of cement and other construction materials.

The space arrangement, architecture, and landscape will be carried out according to the construction planning for the Red and Thai Binh rivers d**e, which has been approved by the Prime Minister.

The goal of the project is to materialize the transportation planning of Hanoi capital until 2030, with a vision to 2050, which has been approved by the Prime Minister and the detailed planning of the inland waterway port system in the North to 2020 and orientation to 2030 which has been approved by the Ministry of Transport.

The Vietnamese Government has decided to waive import tariffs on goods and products in support of the Covid-19 fight.

Medical equipment imported to support Covid-19 response would be exempted from import tariff.

The move was revealed in resolution No.106/NQ-CP on tax policies for imported products to aid the ongoing efforts against the pandemic.

The resolution noted goods and products imported by individuals or organizations to support the Government, the Ministry of Health (MoH), provinces/cities, or local Vietnam Fatherland Front for such purpose would be entitled to the treatment granted to imported humanitarian or non-refundable aid.

The Government assigned the MoH and local authorities to ensure transparency and publicity in receiving these goods and products to avoid potential acts of policy abuse.

Following requests from the MoH and provinces/cities, in that case, customs authorities are instructed not to collect import tariff or value-added tax accordingly and in compliance with the Law on Value-Added Tax and other regulations.

The resolution has retrospective effects and is applied to goods or products imported for Covid-19 response before its issuance.

In case the import tax amount has already been collected, the customs authorities would proceed with the refund process.

Such treatment would remain effective until the authorities announce the end of the Covid-19 pandemic, noted the resolution.

The Government assigned the MoH to be responsible for medical goods and products imported via donation and aid that meet the requirements for Covid-19 response, while localities are in charge of managing and allocating imported goods to aid their respective efforts against the current outbreak.

25 export commodities earning above US$1 billion each in first half

VOV.VN - The first half of the year saw Vietnam record 25 commodities with export turnover of over US$1 billion each, making up 88.9% of the total, according to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Mobile phones and spare parts topped the list with US$25.1 billion, an annual rise of 14.2%, followed by electronic products, computers and components with US$23.7 billion, marking an increase of 22.1%.

Machinery, equipment and spare parts, along with garment-textile groups, stood at US$17 billion and US$15.2 billion in export revenue, respectively.

Furthermore, the export revenue of footwear hit US$10.4 billion, up 27.8%, while wood and wooden products reached US$8.1 billion, representing a rise of 61.1%.

Elsewhere, transport vehicles and spare parts were at US$5.4 billion in export revenue, a boost of 42.8% year on year.

Data from the Minitry of Industry and Trade show Vietnam’s total export value between January and June was estimated at US$157.63 billion, an increase of 28.4% from last year’s corresponding period.

The United States emerged as Vietnam’s biggest export market in the period with US$45.1 billion, marking an annual climb of 43.3%.

China came second with US$24.6 billion, up 25.1%, followed by the EU with US$19.3 billion, a rise of 17.4%.

Meanwhile, ASEAN posted an export turnover of US$13.8 billion, up 26.3%, the Republic of Korea with US$10.5 billion, up 15.2%, and Japan with US$9.9 billion, an increase of 6.9%.

Port of Long Beach volume jumps 43.3% year over-year

(Empty containers moved – most back to Asia – shoots up 69.6%)

The Port of Long Beach announced Wednesday “an unseasonable surge in cargo” had led to its busiest February on record.

That surge has put the entire container shipping world’s focus on California’s San Pedro Bay, where historic congestion has resulted in an unprecedented backlog of vessels laden with cargo waiting for berth space.

The dockworkers haven’t had time to catch a breath even as the number of reported COVID-19 cases nationwide eases. February typically is slow at the world’s ports as Asian factories close for two weeks to celebrate the Lunar New Year. But world events have been anything but typical over the past 12 months and most Chinese factories worked through the holiday this year in an attempt to fill back orders and meet e-commerce demands, which have not waned as pandemic-caused restrictions have been lifted.

It was also the first time the Port of Long Beach handled more than 700,000 TEUs in the month of February, exceeding the previous record set in February 2018 by 109,945 TEUs.

Imports were up 50.3% year-over-year to 373,756 TEUs, from 248,592 in February 2020. Exports declined 4.9% from 125,559 TEUs to 119,416.

The new year ushered in the busiest January on record at the Port of Long Beach, largely driven by the ongoing rise in online spending by consumers following stay-at-home orders during the COVID-19 pandemic. This was reported by the port on 4 February.

Dockworkers and terminal operators moved 764,006 TEU in January, a 21.9% jump from the same month last year. It was the first time the nation’s second-busiest seaport handled more than 700,000 TEU in the month of January, surpassing the previous record set in January 2018 by 106,176 TEUs.

Imports grew 17.5% to 364,255 TEU, while exports climbed 7% to 116,254 TEU. Empty containers headed back overseas increased 34.6% to 270,221 TEU.

To quote Mario Cordero, Executive Director of the Port of Long Beach: ‘After the volatility with cargo volumes in 2020, we hope to see some stability and continued economic recovery over the next year as we remain focused on attracting business and building for the future.

‘We remain focused on the health and safety of our dockworkers as they continue to unload a record-breaking amount of cargo from a surge of container vessels calling at the Port.

The strong start to 2021 follows a record-breaking year for the Port of Long Beach with 8,113,315 TEU moved in 2020.
