Position Summary
The Assistant to CEO provides high-level administrative, financial, and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure smooth business operations.
The ideal candidate has a background in Accounting and understands financial reporting, cash flow monitoring, and executive-level coordination.

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
• Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
• Draft correspondence, reports, and internal memos
• Coordinate communication between CEO and department heads
2. Financial & Accounting Support
• Assist in reviewing financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget tracking
• Support payment approvals and expense verification
• Coordinate with accounting team on monthly closing
• Ensure financial documents are accurate and organized
3. Operational Coordination
• Follow up on key projects and operational targets
• Track KPIs and prepare executive summaries
• Assist in improving internal processes and reporting systems
• Support HR and payroll documentation when required
4. Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
• Analyze financial data and provide summary insights
• Maintain confidential business records
• Assist in bank coordination and financial documentation
5. Administrative Duties
• Organize contracts, legal documents, and compliance files
• Maintain filing system (digital & physical)
• Support procurement documentation when necessary

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in Accounting or Financial Administration
• Strong understanding of financial statements
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High level of confidentiality and integrity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
