🎯 Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Provide accurate information about company products and services
Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain customer records and prepare simple reports
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in customer service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Or Fresh graduate with strong academic background.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
