"We cannot thank Mario our driver enough. After our rental car suffered a flat tyre, we were in a very stressful situation and at real risk of missing our flight from Milan.
I was beyond stressed but he arrived incredibly quickly (within around 15 minutes), immediately reassured us, and drove us to Milan safely, comfortably and efficiently. The car was immaculate, with complimentary water and phone chargers, which made a huge difference after such a stressful morning.
Despite the circumstances, he managed to reduce our journey time by around 15 minutes, helping us make it to the airport in time for our flight. His professionalism, calm attitude and kindness turned what could have been a disastrous day into a happy ending.
