** OUR SERVICES ARE IN OPERATION AS NORMAL **
Being in the tourism and the ground transport industry, we would like to update our clients on the evolving Coronavirus and the precautions we are taking in response to this outbreak.
First and foremost, the health and safety of our clients travelling in our vehicles as well as our drivers, is our highest priority.
We would like to also advise that our services are in operation as normal, and we are strictly following all guidelines and recommendations form the italian Health Department and the Point to Point Transport Commissioner.
Furthermore, we have ongoing practices regarding preventive and precautionary measures which include;
1. Washing hands often with soap and water.
2. The use of alcohol-based hand sanitiser between hand washes and after opening and closing doors, moving luggage, exchanging payment and after personal contact.
3. Employing standard cleaning practices at the end of each shift, as part of good hygiene practice by wiping down surfaces with disinfectant.
4. In the event of a passenger spreading droplets (such as sneezing, coughing or vomiting), clean surfaces with appropriate disinfectant wipes so that the potential spread of infection can be minimised.
5. Customers are encouraged to use contactless payments where possible, to further reduce chances of community spread.
6. For those services that do not offer contactless payment, we are advising people to wash their hands or use hand sanitiser to limit the spread of viruses;
Given the exceptional circumstances the world is facing due to COVID-19, we are always here to assist in offering extra flexibility and support for all current and new bookings.
We can assure you again that our clients and team members is our number one priority.
Thank you for your support and we always look forward to seeing you.
