(which takes a few seconds to just about a few minutes), their contacts are share with you. You are presented with a list of "confirmed cabs to choose from. You can choose based on your budget and vicinity requirements. We are completely transparent with you, pass on choice and control to you. When we started off, we thought that customers will just love the google map and taxi's on them. But soon realized (the hard way), that it only add's to aesthetics, and no real value.

Customers care about their cab coming on time more than anything else. A need to track the cab is only to confirm late arrivals.

So, there goes, we fall back to a simple, user friendly list of closeby drivers. Get your job done and get to living life . You need to hang on to the app for dear life.
