🔹 Position Overview
The Head of Finance & Taxation will be responsible for leading financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening financial discipline across all business units. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in finance, taxation, and governance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy & Leadership
• Partner with leadership for strategic planning, expansion, and capital allocation
• Deliver actionable financial insights for decision-making
2. Financial Reporting & Compliance
• Oversee preparation and consolidation of financials as per IND-AS
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and statutory laws
• Manage financial reporting, board presentations, and disclosures
• Ensure timely closure of books across units
3. Audit & Governance
• Lead internal and external audits with strong compliance standards
• Strengthen internal controls and risk frameworks
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities
4. Taxation
• Manage direct and indirect taxation
• Ensure statutory compliance and filings
• Drive tax planning and optimization strategies
5. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
• Oversee working capital and cash flow planning
• Manage banking relationships and funding requirements
6. Team Leadership & Development
• Lead and mentor finance teams across levels
• Build a high-performance, accountable culture
• Drive continuous learning and development
