Good system but transportation management on ground must be better
Recently @ 15 days back I shifted my house hold things from nashik to chakan. Systems of survey, packaging material, Quoting etc. was very good. But felt disappointed when 1. in a hurry of packaging the people packed all things mixed & it took hell lot of time to sort it out at destination for us 2. marking was very generic on box & many boxes were not having the things written outside it 3. transportation was bad as I got my gamlas fully damaged, my cupboard damaged on side panel 4. Also during un-packing the people only helped to open 4-5 boxes rest @ 30 boxes were opened by us which ultimately poured dissatisfaction of point 1 5. Hefty tips at both the places 6. As advertised on site if people have behaved neat & clean then would have been a better thing. Overall average experience but yes good support for a very big task. Also need to mention nashik manager Mr. Shishupal's courtesy & sweet talks was feel good factor
