JOB DISCRIPTION :
• Candidate will be responsible for Preparing Booking and Delivery Documents.
• System Entries of Challan, GCs, LHPOs, Bills, PODs, CRs etc.
• Checking Correctness of EWB, Invoice, Material, and vehicle documents.
• Voucher Entry, Payments, Consignment Tracking etc.
• Cheque collection, Deposit, banks visits etc.
• Communicating with Customer for Orders and Queries.
• Daily Delivery Follow-ups.
BASIC QUALIFACTION :
• Bachelor's degree & above.
• 0-48 months of work experience.
• Good communication skills, English language understanding.
• Basic Knowledge of MS Office, Excel Proficiency Preffered.
• Ability to handle the small situations.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment
