Tsomgo Lake, also known as Tsongmo Lake or Changu Lake, is a glacial lake in the East Sikkim district of the Indian state of Sikkim, around 41 km from the capital of Sikkim, Gangtok. It is Located at an elevation of 3,753 m (12,313 ft), and the lake remains frozen during the winter season.
Nathula pass is a mountain pass in the Himalayas. It connects the Sikkim, the state of India with China's Tibet Region. The pass is 14140 ft above sea level.
The best time to visit Tsongmo and Nathula is at the start of December till the month of April to see abundant snow. However you would enjoy the region even in the other months.
