Sach Pass in Chamba district is a 4414-meter-high mountain pass on the Pir-panjal range of the Himalayas. It connects the Churah valley of Chamba with Pangi valley.
Pangi valley takes you through the landscape with rivers, streams, forest, beautiful fruit orchards. Pangi is a small, yet exceptionally beautiful valley located between the border of Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. Chandrabhaga river flows through this valley. The Pangi valley remains isolated for 5 months in the year due to snow and an erratic climate. This is one of the most unexplored areas of Himachal Pradesh. Visit remote valleys, villages and cross over high mountain passes with beautiful views of snow-capped peaks, rugged terrain, and historic ancient temples, key monasteries with us in this tour.
Day 1: Pathankot-Dalhousie-Khajiyar-Khamba
• Arrival at Pathankot railway station or Pathankot
• You will be received there and will be moved to Chamba town via Dalhousie, a famous hill station.
• After the visit to Dalhousie, you will proceed for sight-seeing tour of Kalatop, Khajiyar (Mini Switzerland of India), and then to Chamba.
• Overnight stay at pre-booked hotel in Chamba
Day 2: Chamba- Chamera lake - Bairaghar
• Early morning after breakfast, we will start our journey to Chamera lake (for boating) and Bhalei temple by taxi.
• After the temple visit, we will move to Bairaghar.
• Overnight stay in camps or homestay at Bairagarh.
DAY 3: Bairagarh - Sachpass - Killar
• After breakfast, we will start for Pangi valley. This route takes you through some incredible and diverse landscapes. The total distance to Killar is 77 km. With striking beauty at every km, this journey will be etched in your memory forever.
• At Killar, we will stay in a pre-booked hotel.
DAY4: Pangi valley site seeing, Sural - Hudan key monasteries
• After breakfast, we will go for the local sight-seeing of Pangi valley, which includes a visit to the Sural key monastery and Sural waterfalls.
• Lunch in Killar
• After lunch we will visit Hudan key monastery.
• Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
DAY5: Killar - Mindhal- Miyar-Udaipur (Himachal Pradesh)
• Early morning after breakfast, we will move to Udaipur.
• On the way, we will visit Mindhal Mata temple.
• We will then depart for Udaipur and visit Mrikula Mata temple and Miyar valley there.
• Overnight stay in a guest house at Udaipur.
DAY6: Udaipur -Tandi- Shishu-Rohtang tunnel-Manali
• After breakfast, we will proceed to the famous Trilokinath temple, on the banks of Chandrabhaga river. Its altitude is 2765 meters. Trilokinath temple is sacred to both Tibetan Buddhists and Hindus.
• After visiting the temple, we will leave for Manali.
• On the way, we will see the confluence of Chandra and Bhaga river at Tandi.
• After this, we will go through Rohtang Tunnel to Solang Valley.
• In the evening, our cab drops you at Manali bus stand, near mall road and we will depart with beautiful memories of this trip, cherished in our hearts forever.
