Per 31 Maret 2026, PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMFI) resmi keluar dari daftar Efek Pemantauan Khusus. Sebuah langkah penting yang menandai penguatan fundamental bisnis sekaligus kembalinya kepercayaan pasar.

Di balik pencapaian ini, ada proses yang dijalankan dengan disiplin sepanjang 2025, mulai dari peningkatan kinerja operasional, efisiensi biaya, hingga penguatan tata kelola perusahaan. Upaya tersebut mendorong pertumbuhan pendapatan sebesar 16,8% (YoY) menjadi USD 491,9 juta, sekaligus memperkuat posisi GMFI di industri MRO.

Di tengah dinamika industri aviasi global yang masih penuh tantangan, GMF menutup tahun 2025 dengan kinerja yang menunjukkan arah perbaikan yang konsisten. Pertumbuhan laba sebesar 26,3% atau meningkat dari USD26,9 juta (Rp451 miliar) pada 2024 menjadi USD33,9 juta (Rp570 miliar) pada 2025 mencerminkan perbaikan kinerja yang terus dijaga. Di saat yang sama, total aset yang GMF miliki kini telah mencapai USD813 juta (Rp13,6 triliun), hampir dua kali lipat dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya, menunjukkan penguatan kapasitas dan fondasi bisnis perusahaan.

Pendapatan juga meningkat sebesar 16,8% (YoY) dengan capaian tahun 2025 sebesar Rp8,25 triliun, seiring dengan momentum pemulihan yang terus diupayakan secara bertahap. Selain itu, struktur permodalan mengalami perbaikan yang signifikan, dengan ekuitas yang berbalik dari positif sebesar USD 154,6 juta (Rp1,92 triliun). Capaian ini menjadi penanda bahwa langkah transformasi yang dijalankan mulai berada di jalur yang tepat.

Menjawab tantangan operasional, GMF terus membuktikan kapabilitasnya dalam mendukung pemulihan armada nasional. Di tengah isu keterbatasan kapasitas MRO global, GMF berhasil menjaga turnaround time yang optimal pada seluruh proyek reaktivasi Garuda Indonesia Group sepanjang 2025 mulai dari pemeliharaan airframe, landing gear, hingga engine. Komitmen ini memastikan serviceability dan reliability seluruh pesawat Garuda Indonesia Group yang sebelumnya grounded kembali prima untuk mendukung operasional maskapai secara maksimal.

Namun, kami menyadari bahwa perjalanan ini masih panjang. Ketidakpastian global dan tekanan pada industri aviasi tetap menjadi realitas yang harus dihadapi dengan kewaspadaan dan disiplin. Karena itu, GMF akan terus memperkuat fundamental dan menjaga langkah tetap terukur.

GMF menuntaskan proyek reaktivasi dua pesawat Citilink, PK-GJT (ATR 72) dan PK-GLQ (A320), untuk memperkuat kesiapan operasional menjelang peak season Idulfitri 2026.

PK-GJT diselesaikan melalui program C-check yang dikombinasikan dengan 2-year dan 4-year inspection dalam waktu 51 hari (19 Jan – 11 Mar 2026), sementara PK-GLQ menjalani program perawatan berat secara menyeluruh, yang mencakup 6-year dan 12-year inspection, A-check, serta reaktivasi, dengan total durasi 186 hari (9 Sept 2025 – 13 Mar 2026).

Dengan selesainya kedua pesawat ini, Citilink menambah kesiapan armada untuk mendukung mobilitas masyarakat selama musim mudik. Sebagai MRO partner, GMF terus memastikan operasional yang reliable dan on-time, mendukung keberlanjutan performa Citilink sebagai Southeast Asia’s Most On-Time Airline dengan 86.97% on-time arrival pada Februari 2026.

GMF has completed the reactivation of two Citilink aircraft, PK-GJT (ATR 72) and PK-GLQ (A320), to strengthen operational readiness ahead of the 2026 Eid al-Fitr peak season.

PK-GJT was completed through a C-check along with scheduled 2-year and 4-year maintenance inspections within 51 days (Jan 19 – Mar 11, 2026), while PK-GLQ underwent a comprehensive heavy maintenance program, including scheduled 6-year and 12-year checks, A-check, and reactivation, with a total duration of 186 days (Sept 9, 2025 – Mar 13, 2026).

With the completion of these aircraft, Citilink is further strengthening its fleet readiness to support passenger mobility during the Eid travel season. As an MRO partner, GMF remains committed to ensuring reliable and on-time operations, enabling Citilink’s continued performance as Southeast Asia’s Most On-Time Airline with 86.97% on-time arrival in February 2026.

With the completion of the door of Hangar 1, GMF strengthens its infrastructure capability, enabling the facility to operate as a closed hangar facility in early 2026. More than an infrastructure milestone, this enclosed space creates a safer and more controlled working environment, protects aircraft from extreme weather and external disturbances, and supports maintenance processes aligned with global safety and quality standards in accordance with EASA.
